Shipping Rates  &  Return Policy

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received. The average delivery time is 3 - 10 days.

Under any circumstances, the shipping & handling fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable. We absolutely do not accept C.O.D.'s or local pickup.

Standard shipping rate is $6.95 for the first item and $0.75 for each additional item purchased. Priority and overnight shipping rates are quoted on a per order basis.

If you would like for your order to be shipped by priority or overnight shipping please call us at 630-479-1575 or email us and provides us with your order and shipping information and we will get you a quote right back to you and assist you in placing your order, if so desired.
 

Return Policy

If you receive a wrong or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a refund after you have returned the product (Shipping & Handling is not refundable).

Defective item must be returned no later than 7 days after you receive them. All we request is that you email us upon receipt of defective goods and request a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and to clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the returned item. Failing to have the RMA number can result in delay in exchanging your defective product or issuing a refunding.

Due to Health and Shipping Regulations, there are no refunds or exchanges unless item has defects caused by manufacturer and has not been worn.
